A Nonprofit Community Center for Traditional Martial and Physical Arts
At the Northern Lights Martial Arts Center, we provide instructors of traditional arts space to offer their classes to the community and give students the opportunity to explore and learn multiple martial and traditional arts. ​
We are home to multiple martial Ways, different styles of self-defense that all improve fitness, wellness, concentration, and confidence. There are classes for children, teens, and adults of all ages and physical abilities.
We also offer special seminars in topics such as sparring, weapons, senior fall prevention, and Women’s self defense.

Current members include Cuong Nhu Martial Arts, Marquette TaeKwon-Do, Bujinkan Budo Taijutsu, and Superior Judo @Marquette. ​​​​​​​​
A Place for Students:

Our groups all have open enrollment for new students. Explore the menu for descriptions for each art to find ones that interest you. Each has its own membership requirements and costs, but all are extremely affordable thanks to our nonprofit structure. You can contact the instructor listed in each class description to find out details or ask questions about any art you may have interest in, or simply show up before the scheduled class time to sign up.

We are also open to prospective new clients: certified traditional arts instructors who wish to rent a space where they can share their art and become part of our mission.

Northern Lights offers affordable and professional studio space to rent, a membership that includes liability insurance, and a great variety of shared training equipment.
